Relaxation Sauna

RELAX INTO THE HEAT

We’re bringing some heat to our Nordic Centre! Craving solitude and enjoying a quiet zone, or spending quality time with others.

Let your stress melt away with a sauna before or after exploring the cross country ski or snowshoe trails.  

A sauna experience can be relaxing and rejuvenating and provide health benefits.

The heat from the sauna causes your muscles to relax, which can help to reduce tension and promote a sense of calm. The quiet, peaceful environment of the sauna can also provide a much needed escape from the stresses of daily life, allowing you to unwind and recharge.  

The Experience:
One hour in a private setting that includes:

• access to the sauna
• a cozy heated cabin to change and relax in with complimentary Nespresso coffee and tea 
• an outdoor seating area with Muskoka chairs
  
• take-away Smore kit to enjoy afterwards and relax at one of our fire pit areas 

RATES:

Private Retreat (1 Guest Only)	$40.00 +hst
Friends & Family Retreat (Min of 2 / Max of 4 guests)	$20.00 +hst (per person)

Season Pass Members receive a 25% discount.

November, December, January, February, March

• Reservations are required in advance.
• Walk in opportunities may be available if there are unreserved time slots.
• Minimum age 10+

The sauna is also available to book from 9:00-10:00 am on our Sunrise Tuesdays during the months of February and March.  

Large Groups:

Full Day Rentals are available for large groups at a cost of $160 +hst.  To discuss your group booking, please email us at info@sceniccaves.com 

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK/ARRIVE:

• A winter day trail pass fee and equipment are required to access the sauna. Enjoy snowshoeing or cross country skiing before or after your sauna experience. 
• Refunds will not be provided.  Upon 48 hours notice, guests can choose an alternate day/time by emailing us at info@sceniccaves.com
• Check with your Physician before booking the sauna if pregnant, diabetic, in poor health and/or under medical care.
• Plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to your confirmed sauna session.  This will allow time to park, complete waivers, use the facilities and walk the short distance from the main building to the sauna and change room.
• If running late, your session will start on time and end as scheduled.
• Please bring your sandals, a towel, and filled water bottle (no glass). If you forget a towel, they will be available to purchase upon arrival.
• Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
